No pretentious coffee

We only use certified organic, fair trade coffee from our distributors. We source the green beans and roast them in Pacific Beach, California. Every batch is hand roasted using an Aillio Bullet roaster and digitally tracked throughout the roast to ensure maximum flavor and no sour bullshit that you get with other local roasters.
